Kestner & Associates is a full service residential and commercial “Class
A” general contracting company based in Fredericksburg, Virginia which was fully incorporated in the State of Virginia
in 2004. The company has more than 15 years of experience in construction, and is locally owned and operated.
It is fully bonded, and holds all of the licenses and certifications required for commercial and residential construction
in Virginia. All of its employees and sub-contractors’ employees are fully insured and covered under
Workman’s Compensation for the duration of each project. Kestner is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
The company originally built
its reputation in the residential market, specializing in home improvements and remodeling work. Its projects
have included kitchens and baths, ceramic tiles for walls and floors, finished basements, painting, drywall installation and
repair, flooring (vinyl, hardwood, and tile), plumbing, electrical and HVAC sub-contracting, and general construction and
repair for both interiors and exteriors. While Kestner does its work primarily in counties of Stafford
and Spotsylvania, and the City of Fredericksburg, it is a major kitchen installer for one of the largest and well-known home
improvement corporations in the country.
